I remain confident that you will find us to be professionals with years of experience and the ability to support your efforts from pre-purchase through return compliance. Additionally, we have the expertise to prepare technical data to support litigation claims and testify as expert witnesses. More recently, we have been appointed as the binding arbitrator to resolve a lawsuit filed in the Federal Courts.

Our knowledge of the industry is full circle and has been obtained after years of hands-on experience in all aspects of airline operations and oversight. Our experience and expertise relates to all transport and most corporate types of aircraft, including helicopters. We have managed corporate fleets - from purchase analysis through completion - fit out, crew, maintenance and dispatch, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in operating costs for our clients.

The types of services that we offer can be located in the Services section of this web site.

It is impossible to identify in a few written words the various tasks that we have successfully undertaken over the last couple of decades. Perhaps this is why we have always depended on "word of mouth" rather than advertising and brochures to tell our story.

If I had to identify our strong points and provide you with just a couple of major reasons to use our services, they would be the following, in no particular order:

·  Rapid Response - we pride ourselves in our availability and responsiveness to our clients’ needs. Our clients have come to expect and receive timely communications and dispatch. For example, we can normally be anywhere in the world within 24 hours, and have often times been on-site the same day.

·  Complete and Accurate Reports - which transcend the technical "jargon" and place much-needed information in front of bankers and attorneys which is easily understood without the requirement of an aviation technical library or dictionary. Our reports have been used as the basis for drafting legal complaints and other pleadings in repossessions and defaults, along with insurance claims and settlements.

·  Alternatives - we pride ourselves in presenting, for consideration, other approaches which will accomplish the objective with either less cost or less down time. In one recent case we needed to upgrade an aircraft with a new autopilot system to meet French registration requirements. The current STC holder, Collins, wanted $187,500.00 and 10 months for this system. We performed our own STC and installed an autopilot system in six weeks for $45,000.00, the second system was less than $35,000.00. Not only did our client enjoy the savings on capital expenses, but they also began receiving lease payments some eight months earlier than anticipated.

·  Flexibility - being small and having virtually unlimited resources, with respect to experience and knowledge, we can custom create a program to meet the specific requirements of your portfolio. Unlike many others, we then can implement and manage these programs to maximize and maintain the value of your assets during the lease period and beyond.

·  Management - turn-key aviation departments that function without the headaches of a major corporation. We manage all aspects of aircraft ownership, planning and utilization, and operations - we are cost control experts.

·  Intelligence - because we have so many contacts within the industry, we are able to brief our clients on matters which will have an impact on them, often before the information becomes public knowledge. For example, we advised a client that their lessee had lost their code-share with a major airline two weeks before it was announced. This halted an application for additional funding. The same carrier filed for Chapter 11 protection just days later - on a Saturday morning - and again, we advised the lender a week prior to formal notifications. We also were on-site that same Saturday to photograph assets and do a quick inspection of the aircraft and facility to document conditions at the time of filing. As the employees were not aware a Bankruptcy had been filed, we had complete and total access, and cooperation, during our visit. Since we had been monitoring the aircraft on a regular basis, our unannounced appearance was not out of the ordinary. We saved the lender in excess of $900,000.00 as documented by the lender (net of our fees).

We have references available upon request and I would encourage you to contact our references. Anyone can make claims about what they do and have to offer; I would rather you hear it from our clients. They have the same problems and concerns that you do. They need assistance and rapid response. They need to have the technical aspects of their assets monitored, and they need clear, concise information. We provide that in a timely fashion and we contain costs.

I would like to meet with you to discuss, in detail, the specifics of your requirements. This will enable me to design a program that will address each and every requirement that you may have. Additionally, I may be able to provide other ideas and methods to assist you in managing your assets and optimizing your returns.

Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Respectfully,

Nick Popovich
